Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery services is available for purchase within Specific Location only.

2. Your parcel will be delivered using Fresh Fruit World Sdn Bhd's appointed delivery courier company. At this jumcture, delivery service is extended to specific location only. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

3. Once order and payment is made, you are not allowed to change the delivery address unless special case and the customer is required to notify our customer service immeadiately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.

4. Delivery orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days. Our daily cut off time at 5pm, any order and payment before 5pm, order will be delivered the next day. Whereas, any order and payment after 5pm, order will be delivered the day after. No delivery services shall be available on Sunday & Public Holidays.

5. Delivery Charges as per following:-

Self pick up (Warehouse Rimbayu @ 3pm-6pm), delivery fee RM0.00
Flat rate delivery charge will be RM12.80
For Setia Alam, Bukit Raja & Aman Perdana / Kota Kemuning, Bukit Rimau, Jenjarom, Saujana Putra & Rimbayu and Banting Town only
- Order amount below RM88, delivery fee RM12.80
- Order amount above RM88, FREE delivery
For other area; Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, Putrajaya
- Order amount below RM158 , delivery fee RM12.80
- Order amount above RM158, FREE delivery

6. Fresh Fruit World Sdn Bnd reserves the right to withhold delivery of the products to the customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the customer's credit worhtiness or insufficient identification.
